Training Tips?

I start my first day of training tomorrow for a triathalon in October. Does anybody have any pointers?

New Las Colinas Convention Center

I work with a lot of tenants in Las Colinas for their office requirements. I keep getting asked the same question about what is the new building with the amazing architecture being built. That my friends is the new $135 million dollar Las Colinas Convention Center. I think the new Convention Center will be a great addition to Las Colinas and the DFW area.
